Bonus terms
Playthrough requirements, caps and forfeiture — in numbers, for every bonus on the site.

What counts as a bonus
Anything credited to your balance that you did not buy: welcome credits, purchase bonuses, reload offers, double-up credits above the plain sell value, daily login rewards, partner-balance conversions and code drops. Credits you buy are never bonus credits.
Playthrough requirement
Every bonus credit adds 15× its amount to your playthrough requirement. Opening a case reduces the requirement by the case price. While the requirement is above zero you can play, sell, double up and use every feature — only sending assets to your wallet is locked.
Example: a 1,000-credit bonus adds 15,000 credits of playthrough. The strip under the header always shows how much is left.
A drop received from a free case cannot be sent to your wallet, so selling it is the only way it becomes anything. What it sells for is bonus credit and carries a playthrough requirement of 3× the sale value — lower than the 15× on a bonus you chose to take, because a free case is not something you asked for. The amount is shown on the sell screen before you confirm.
The requirement is per account and cumulative: two bonuses do not clear each other, they add up.
Which cases you can open on bonus money
While a playthrough requirement is outstanding, only cases priced at or below 500 credits may be opened. Higher-variance cases are excluded because a bonus is one-sided: your downside is capped at what you deposited while the upside is not, and on cases weighted toward rare high-value drops that makes the bonus unprofitable for the platform to offer at all.
You may forfeit the outstanding bonus at any time to unlock every case immediately. Forfeiting removes the remaining bonus from your balance, and if your credits do not cover it, held drops are sold to credits to make up the difference — starting with the most valuable. What is left after that is yours with no requirement attached.
Welcome credits
New accounts receive 700 credits on their first wallet sign-in, subject to the wallet having prior activity on Robinhood Chain (an anti-sybil check) and to the per-IP and per-device limits below.
- Withdrawals require a first purchase of $10 or more.
- That first purchase ends the bonus period, and caps what came of the welcome credits at $25. Every drop you are still holding is sold to credits, your balance and those sales are added together, and anything above $25 is removed. The credits you are buying are added afterwards and are not affected.
- It is a one-off. Nothing is removed while you keep playing without purchasing, and once it has happened your rewards are yours in full. The exact amount is shown on the purchase page before you pay.
Purchase bonuses and reload offers
Larger credit packages carry a larger bonus percentage, and a first purchase carries an extra 40% up to 5,000 credits. A reload offer of 15% may be shown when your balance runs low; it is valid for 30 minutes, needs a purchase of at least $10, and does not stack with the package bonus — whichever is larger applies.
Bonus percentages apply to the credited amount after fees, not to the gross amount you paid.
Double up
Double up is a provably-fair coin flip on a drop's sell value: 50% of the time it becomes 2× that value in credits, and the rest of the time the drop is forfeited for nothing. The flip is derived from your server and client seeds and the round nonce, verifiable after your seed rotates. What you win counts as bonus credits and carries the 15× playthrough requirement.
Boosted sell
Boosted sell converts a drop at 1.25× its face value instead of selling at face, creating bonus credits equal to the difference. Those carry the 15× requirement.
This bonus is capped: lifetime at 25% of your net purchases (what you have bought, less what you have withdrawn), and at $25 per drop. Above the cap the sale still happens at the plain sell value. An account that has never bought credits has no allowance, so boosted sell pays face value only.
Daily rewards
One claim per UTC day. Consecutive days advance a 30-day track with milestone rewards on days 7, 14, 21 and 30; a missed day resets it to day 1. Credits from the calendar are bonus credits. The calendar is open to every account: you can claim, play and win with daily rewards before your first purchase. Code drops, achievement rewards, level rewards and the free track of the battle pass unlock after your first purchase; rewards reached before then are not lost — they become claimable once you have purchased. Together, those free rewards are capped at 25% of your net purchases (purchases minus withdrawals). Purchase bonuses, the signup bonus and the paid battle pass track do not count towards the cap. While your free rewards are over the cap, withdrawals are locked; purchasing enough to bring the rewards under the cap, or handing the excess back, unlocks them. A claim other than a daily reward that would take you past the cap is held, and becomes claimable as you purchase more.
Partner earnings
Converting a partner balance into credits pays an extra 25%, and that extra is a bonus carrying the 15× requirement. Commission itself is not a bonus and carries no playthrough. Commission is capped at the platform margin actually generated by the referred player's net purchases, so free credits played by a player who never bought any earn nothing.
Abuse
Bonuses exist to be played with, not harvested. We may cancel a bonus and any rewards derived from it, and close the account, where we reasonably believe it was obtained by opening more than one account, by coordinating accounts, by self-referral, by automation, or by any of the conduct in section 9 of the Terms of use.
New accounts per IP address, and bonus grants per IP and per device, are limited over any 24-hour period. Hitting a limit does not stop you playing; it stops another bonus being granted.
Changes
We may change or withdraw any bonus at any time. A change does not alter the requirement already attached to a bonus you have been granted — that is fixed at the rate in force when it was credited. Questions: [email protected].
