• Your wallet address and the signature you produce to sign in. This is your account identifier. We never ask for and never hold your private key or seed phrase.
• Play history — purchases, case opens, rolls and seeds, drops, sales, double-ups, ladder rounds, withdrawals and credit-ledger entries. This is what makes results verifiable and balances auditable.
• A salted hash of your IP address, and of a device id if your browser sends one. The raw IP is never written to the database. The hashes exist only to stop one person farming signup bonuses and referrals across many accounts.
• Your country, as reported by our CDN for the purpose of geographic blocking. It is evaluated per request and not stored against your account.
• Chat messages you post, and any moderation action taken on them.
• Referral attribution — the partner code you arrived with and who referred you.
• Correspondence you send to support.
• On-chain transactions between your wallet and the treasury. These are public on Robinhood Chain. We did not make them public and we cannot remove them.

We do not ask for your name, address, date of birth or identity documents, and we do not run identity verification. We collect no special-category data.

• Performance of a contract — to run your account, settle play and pay withdrawals.
• Legitimate interests — to keep the game fair, to prevent fraud and bonus abuse, and to keep the service secure.
• Legal obligation — to keep financial records and to honour geographic restrictions.

Three strictly necessary first-party cookies: your session, the wallet you connected, and any partner code you arrived with. No advertising cookies, no analytics, no third-party trackers. Full detail in the Cookie policy.

Our hosting and database providers, and the RPC provider we use to read and write Robinhood Chain, process data on our behalf under contract. A price feed is queried for asset prices and receives no information about you.

We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not profile you for marketing.

Our infrastructure is hosted with providers who may process data outside your country. Where that happens we rely on the provider's standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. Robinhood Chain itself is a public network with no geographic boundary.

• Account, transaction and play records: while the account exists, then as long as we must keep financial records.
• Fingerprint hashes and signup events: only while they are useful against farming.
• Chat messages: kept as moderation history.
• Support correspondence: two years from the last message.

Depending on where you live you may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to a use of it, ask us to restrict a use, or ask for it in a portable form. Write to [email protected] from a request signed by the wallet in question, or tell us the wallet address and we will ask you to prove control of it.

We will respond within one month. Some records — a settled withdrawal, an audit entry — we may have to keep even after an account is closed, and nothing anyone does can erase a transaction from the chain.

If you are unhappy with how we handled a request you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Sessions are httpOnly signed tokens. Identifiers used for anti-farming are stored only as salted hashes. Access to production data is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure: if a breach affects you, we will tell you and the relevant authority where the law requires it.

The service is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a minor holds an account, tell us at [email protected] and we will close it and delete the data.
