Terms of use
The agreement between you and PRINTER Corp when you play on printer.fun.
Last updated 5 September 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
printer.fun is operated by PRINTER Corp. In these terms "we", "us" and "the operator" mean PRINTER Corp; "you" means the person using the site.
By connecting a wallet and signing the sign-in message, you accept these terms, the Bonus terms and the Privacy policy. If you do not accept them, do not play.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to buy credits and receive tokenised stocks where you are.
The service is not offered in every country. Access from a blocked location is refused at the network edge. Using a VPN, proxy or any other means to disguise where you are is a breach of these terms; balances built that way may be withheld and the account closed.
One account per person, per household and per device. Opening further accounts to claim a bonus more than once is a breach of these terms.
3. Your account and your wallet
You sign in by signing a message with your wallet. That wallet is your identity here. We cannot recover a wallet you lose access to, we cannot reverse a transaction you have signed, and anyone who controls your wallet controls your account. Keep your keys safe.
You are responsible for everything done through your account, and for any tax due on what you receive.
We do not ask for identity documents to play. We may still refuse or reverse activity that appears fraudulent, automated, or carried out on someone else's behalf.
4. Credits
Credits are the site's internal unit for playing: 1 credit = $0.01. They are not money, not a deposit, not e-money, not a security, and not a claim on us for cash. They are not transferable between accounts, they do not earn interest, and they have no value outside the site.
Purchases of credits are final and non-refundable. What you can take off the site is the rewards you receive — tokenised stocks, ETH and $PRINTER — sent to your wallet under section 6.
5. Bonuses
Bonus credits carry a playthrough requirement of 15× the bonus, and on-chain withdrawals are locked until it is cleared. Which bonuses exist, what each is capped at, and how forfeiture works is set out in full in the Bonus terms, which form part of this agreement.
Bonuses are a marketing offer, not an entitlement. We may vary, withdraw or refuse them at any time, and we may cancel a bonus and any rewards derived from it where it was obtained through the conduct described in section 9.
6. Purchases, withdrawals and fees
Buying credits carries a fee of 5% plus $1.00. Withdrawing carries 5% plus $1.00, with a minimum item value of $12. Both are shown before you confirm.
Before any on-chain withdrawal, an account must have bought at least $10 in credits over its lifetime and have no outstanding playthrough requirement.
Withdrawals are paid on Robinhood Chain and are irreversible. You are responsible for giving a correct address and for network fees. Rewards are priced from the market at the moment the withdrawal is processed, and withdrawals are paused while our price feed is stale, so a withdrawal may be delayed rather than filled at a price we cannot honour.
We may set limits on the size or frequency of purchases and withdrawals, and may decline a withdrawal while we investigate a suspected breach of these terms.
7. Fairness
Every roll is committed before it is made: the hash of the server seed is published in advance, you may set your own client seed, and revealed seeds let you recompute any past result. See Fairness. A result you can verify is final.
Where a result, balance or price is produced by an obvious error, bug or mispricing, we may correct it and reverse the entries it created. We will tell you when we do.
8. Availability
We do not promise the site is always available. It depends on Robinhood Chain, on price feeds, on decentralised exchange liquidity and on infrastructure we do not control, and it may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We are not liable for play you could not place, or a withdrawal you could not make, during an interruption.
9. Conduct we will close an account for
- More than one account per person, or coordinating accounts to farm bonuses, referrals or rewards.
- Referring yourself, or referring accounts you control.
- Automation, scripting or scraping of the site or its API beyond ordinary play.
- Exploiting a bug, mispricing or error instead of reporting it.
- Disguising your location, or playing from a blocked country.
- Using funds that are not yours, or using the site to move value for someone else.
- Abuse, harassment, spam or illegal content in chat.
- Attempting to manipulate the price of any asset the site prices drops from.
Where we reasonably believe any of the above has happened we may suspend or close the account, void affected play, and withhold balances and pending withdrawals. Where we close an account for a reason other than the above, we will let you withdraw any balance that is not subject to an outstanding playthrough requirement.
10. Dormant accounts
An account with no sign-in for 12 months is dormant. We may close a dormant account after telling you at the address we hold for it, if any. Credits in a dormant account are not forfeited while any balance remains withdrawable under section 6.
11. Complaints
Write to [email protected] with your wallet address and what happened. We aim to acknowledge within 3 working days and resolve within 14. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, say so in reply and it will be reviewed again by someone who was not involved the first time.
For a disputed game result, quote the opening's seeds and nonce; you can verify it yourself first on Fairness.
12. Liability
The site is provided as-is. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, in particular for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit or lost opportunity, for losses arising from your own play, for anything caused by a chain reorganisation, RPC outage, exchange illiquidity or price-feed failure, or for loss of access to your wallet. Our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of $100 or the fees you paid us in that period.
13. Responsible play
Every crate open and every game round is random. The average reward value is below the credits spent: the platform keeps a margin on every open, and no strategy changes that. Spend only what you can afford. See Responsible play for the average reward value in numbers, the warning signs, and where to get support.
14. Changes, law and contact
We may change these terms. The current version is always on this page with the date it was last changed, and continued play after a change means you accept it. Where a change materially reduces your rights we will show a notice on the site before it takes effect.
These terms are governed by the law of the place where PRINTER Corp is established. That will be stated here once the company is registered; until then nothing in this document should be read as a choice of a particular country's courts, and your rights under the law where you live are unaffected.
